Okay, so my next question is, how can a restraining order issued by a court bar a dept of the executive branch from acting? If a court has that kind of authority, then can a court also issue a restraining order to stop the police from enforcing the law? or to stop the military from fighting a war? This seems like a dangerous precedent in the making.

Maybe someone else knows exactly what it said but it is a contempt of court charge. And has virtually made it impossible for anyone to take her out of there.
