That's pretty much what I suspected. Jeb was told the police would defy him. Which is all the more reason to follow through. At that point he should have gone into "now-it's-personal" mode. At that point, they're not just murdering Terri, they're also defying legitimate authority; it's an insurrection.

Correct. The judiciary has become our new masters, free to ORDER people to DEATH. While we stand by and watch.

The liberals and media are against Terri living, not because they think she wants to die, but because they must maintain the absolute supremacy of the courts. They must continue the lie that judges make the law.

It appears from the Terri case that now a judge gets to enforce his own "laws."

In the end, the judge can only get away with that if the other branches allow him to. All the more reason for Jeb to step in, as you said.
