I'm mad at both! I know George signed a bill in the middle of the night! But he is the Presidant of the USA! He knows Terri is alive and hasn't done a thing other than sign a law that did nothing! The minute that law was passed and a Federal judge turned it down George should have been all over it instead of saying He has done everything he can! HAH!
