So, laws are applied RETROACTIVELY...and INTENT IS NOW 'DIVINED'? Is that what happens? We "divine" someone's intent, and follow through with that, even though that intent would have been A FELONIUS ACT?
Do not people understand that the definition of "artificial life support" must be taken into account as to even what Terri thought of as "artificial life support"?
Can any person reasonably or logically believe that Terri would have DEMANDED Michael Schiavo hire a lawyer to pursuade a Senator to get a bill passed for the ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA to define "artificial life support" includes feeding tubes for people in any physical condition?
Or did TERRI KNOW THAT SHE WOULD BECOME IN A PVS STATE and when that happens to her, make sure to get a law passed to have feeding tubes defined as "artificial life support" for people in a PVS condition so she could be starved/dehydrated to death when she would be diagonosed as PVS?

Most people at 20 years of age, don't even know that there IS such a thing as a g-tube/feeding tube.
