There are pro-life atheists - I have met a few. Somewhere along the way, they have decided that the morality of life is right just because...similar to Paul saying that nature itself teaches those who don't know God something about the right and wrong of things.

similar to Paul saying that nature itself teaches those who don't know God something about the right and wrong of things. It's the sole upside to having eaten of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Knowing good from evil is innate.
