Make haste, O God, for again the attorneys have appealed the decision to take the life of this mother's child ... prepare the hearts of the three who will review it ... may they look favorably upon the pleadings. One Judge spoke for her before ... is another the Judge for whom we long have prayed? May it be, Merciful Father, that You would turn the heart of one Judge, that he would rule wisely and well with another ... that this wounded woman might yet this day receive the food and water she needs to live.

Deny the Merchants of Death their sacrifice, though the dance of death has begun. Pull her from the grasp of vicious evil, O God ... hold in derision the ones who stood at her bedside yesterday in place of her family. Let not their mockery stand before Your righteous anger.

Scoop, I assume you know that the law to withhold nutrition and hydration, via feeding tubes...now-called artificial life support, of those declared to be in PVS, was put into place AFTER Terri's collapse, by Senator King. Felos was involved with that, after Michael Schiavo hired him as his attorney.

I'm trying to find the law as it existed when Terri could state her wishes....where feeding tubes were NOT considered "artificial life support"; compare it to Senator King's sponsored law of feeding tubes being defined as "artificial life support"--after Terri couldn't state her wishes.

I'm thinking that should also be shown in timelines regarding Terri.....how could one reasonably or logically believe that it was Terri's wish to be starved/dehydrated to death if such an "option" was a felony when Terri could have stated "no tubes for me" as Felos claims she said. Feeding tubes were not then considered "artificial life support."

This is the Psalm we said at church last night. #22. Very fitting in light of what FV posted earlier about what went on in Terri's hospital room yesterday evening:
