Two possible 2008 GOP presidential contenders -- Sens. John McCain (Ariz.) and Chuck Hagel (Neb.) -- are writing immigration plans that focus on guest workers. McCain's co-author is Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass).
I'm sure the McCain - Kennedy bill will just be peachey. McCain is really getting ready for the 2008 primaries. He's lost his marbles.
