Instead of doing anything overt, people should, when standing or walking in close proximity (behind, next to, etc.), just murmur the word "murderer". If he reacts, just say "I beg your pardon, but I wasn't talking to you!" If it happens enough, it just might be a life altering experience for "good old Mike".
His new "wife to be" had better watch her back. After this incident, would you trust him to make "life or death" decisions regarding your welfare?!!

I hope that for the rest of his miserable life that someone will be shadowing him and calling him the murderer he is. I hope the same fate for the judges involved in this killing. Why should they be allowed to forget what they have done? They should be reminded every hour of every day that we will never forget what they did.
