Doctors, who can actually read CT scans, say you're full of BS. MedBlog Doc debunks and questions Terri's CT scan. Other docs comment on other problems with it. Great read! Scroll way down to "CSI MEDBLOGS: CODEBLUEBLOG ANALYZES TERRI SCHIAVO'S STARTLING BONE SCAN".

There is now a brand new blog at the top stating unequivocally that Terri could not have had an anoxic infarction as has been reported all this time.

*People with untreated hydrocephalus OFTEN SHOW IMPROVED MENTATION WHEN THE OBSTRUCTION IS RELIEVED.*

So, if the other images bear out my impression from this one slice, then Terri MUST have a follow up CT or MRI or BOTH and if she is hydrocephalic she needs to be shunted, because there are possible positive therapeutic implications that no one can deny.

tiki, how does it feel to be dead inside?

Do a google search on noncommunicating hydrocephalus and I think you'll come up with conflicting information on that website, though it "reads good".

The onset of hydrocephalus may vary from 2 weeks to years after injury. Two types of posttraumatic hydrocephalus exist: noncommunicating and communicating.
