I have a general question about judicial activism, if anyone can answer.

I think that activist judges should be impeached by using the laws of the US, and I have written the Senate many times asking for different ones to be impeached. But it seems like it's really hard to do, especially since it looks like it has to be for corruption, not for just making really horrible decisions.

I have a friend who believes that the only way to stop activist judges is with the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law.

My question is, should impeaching be abandoned for the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law, is there a third way, or should both or more ways be encouraged?
