There was was once a great nation.
Who used to follow God's Law.
Then one day this nation
Decided that man's law was better.
And caught in the web was a helpless women.
And those who demanded her death let her suffer.
Rather than at least demand she be given lethal injection.
Her crime was she was not a criminal.
Because in this once great nation
It was decided she had less rights than a criminal.
While criminals got 3 meals a day and drink.
She got none.
May God have mercy on this once great nation.
I can't think of anything to say that won't be deleted or get me banned.
It still is a great nation, and I'm quite certain that if you could, you'd fight for her all over again.
It is a dark hour, but we were great even when we held that slavery was legal. The slavery was an abomination, and it took many innocent black men and women's lives before we were able to summon up the courage to end the scourge.
Similar days are bound for us, I'm afraid. But, I think we still retain the blood of those patriots, both those of you who were born here, and those of us America adopted.
You should check out Joe Scarbourough's plea last night on his show. Sorry I can't remember where I found it - I've been all over the place tonight online, but it was the most passionate plea I have heard yet by a talking head, and he basically mirrored (almost identically) your words on your post.
