The gentleman who runs the above website had filed a Freedom of Information Act request for surveillance videos that have long been rumored to exist from a Citgo and Sheratan Hotel near the Pentagon.
After the FBI initially responded that they couldn't locatate such material, an appeal was filed.
The DOJ's response to the appeal says they have since searched harder, and found such material, but will not release them because the vids are protected by FOIA, specifically:
-The release of which could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings-
To be clear, personally I don't buy into any of the conspiracy theories surrounding 77's hijacking and crash into the Pentagon. I do think, however, the release of these vids could finally clear up some of the nonsense that is rampant on the internet, and would be an important piece of the historical record.

The initial filings and are located on his website (or I could just post them here). In addition, the gentleman has filed a lawsuit with US District Court to force the release.
So what is supposed to be proved by forcing this info's release?
I don't know, but it would be interesting video, wouldn't you say? Plus, it's hard to imagine what harm could be done by their release.
How would releasing the video interfere with enforcement proceedings?
The CAIR TROP apologists would be screaming about how the video was unfairly treating Muslims by casting them in an unfair light. We're supposed to forget 9/11 and wait fat, dumb, and happy for the next attack.
It wouldnt, the still pics have been out, they didnt hurt anything. This is just a case of people in power not wanting the "people" haveing the same privileges as they do.
And do I want to see this.
Ping!
Many conspriacy sites will tell you what they think it will prove. That no airplane hit the Pentagon, because the Pentagon was really behind the 9/11 attacks & that Barbara Olson & the other passengers were either government agents or never existed. It makes about as much sense as most conspiracy theories.
One scenario that comes to mind is if it showed the perps with somebody who wasn't on the plane.
It amazes me that our government can't find Osama and can only occasionally find hostages, yet people think they can pull this kind of stuff off.
Security video from a nearby gas station and hotel might show the hijackers with non-passengers? Huh?
RECORDS, not VIDEOS. Furthermore, if you continue to read the letter carefully, you'll realize that the records pertain to ongoing criminal investigations.
They would reply by saying the government doesn't really want to find Osama. It's really easy if you are crazy enough
The request was for videos. Therefore "records responsive to your request" would necesarily be videos.
Well, he requested for "any videotapes" and if these "records" are responsive to that request, one would assume they are videos
Your post made me laugh so hard that my tinfoil hat fell off. It's back on now ... only a few seconds of exposure to the CIA's mind control satellites so I'm still okay. Anyway, you are such a sucker, the sheeple. Of course the gubmint can't find UBL -- because they don't want to. He would tell the truth to the American Sheeple, that 9/11 was the product of the Military-Industrial-Zionist-Entertainment-Halliburton Complex. Bwahahahaha...
