We are already thrown out of control - or I guess you think it is lawful for the Mass Supreme Court to enact law requiring gay marriage? Time for a constitutional war to get our laws back.

We can regain control of the judiciary only by remaining in control of the other branches of government and making wise judicial appointments.

In the case of Massachussetts, that's a hopeless local matter.
