No kidding. This is a joke. Isn't Newsmax supposed to be a somewhat legit publication. Makes me wonder.

Not as far as I can tell...if I notice an article comes from Newsmax, I just skip it. They are invariably alarmist, I guess it sells.

President Clinton pardoned Mel Reynolds, who was convicted on sex charges by the state of Illinois in Aug. 1995. (Prosecutor: Cook County State's Attorney Jack O'Malley.)

To my knowledge, no federal charges were ever brought in the case.
