Congress messed up royally putting the case into the hands of the federal courts. Instead, Congress, exercising its Constitutionally granted authority to enforce the 14th Amendment, should have passed a law ordering the feeding tube inserted.
It's about time Congress took back some of its powers that have been usurped by the jucidiary. Unfortunately, it lacks the courage. How sad.

It's about time Congress took back some of its powers that have been usurped by the judiciary.That would put too many lawyers out of business, including the ACLU. As well, the entire ruling rung on the ladder of the Democrat Party is all lawyers. This stuff is all too good for billable hours. It's either this or we'll have to suffer attorney's offering to wash our windshields at stoplights.

But if they had insisted on keeping that provision in the bill, the Death-o-crats were not going to let it pass. Who are the principal villains? Levin (Michigan), Boxer.
