Well, right now they're our bosses. We need 'em to retire first, the we'll cut off all their benefits at our expense and put 'em in the poorhouse! And one day I'll rule the world! Muhahahaha.
Well, ok, maybe not. It would be nice to figure out a way to pay 'em off and get out from under the bottom of the Pyramid. Generation Y and Generation XXL(after the Ys), will be around after the fall, and I don't for a second figure they're gonna pay us.
