Why isn't that Scott Peterson of a husband being investigated??? Couldn't charges be brought and Terry given protection?

The state of Florida is mandating the death of a mentally disabled woman, everything else is irrelevant.

Neglect charges could be brought against him. The strangulation charges were turned down years ago...there was a 4 year statute of limitations according to an interview with Terri's brother...

We went to the state attorney's office - Bernie McCabe (sp), in Pinellas County, and, if I remember correctly, they were not very kind about him getting back to us. They told..my father..even if Terri was a victim of strangulation, there's a 4-year statute of limitations which would protect Michael.

I don't know if this could be revisited if new facts come out during the DCF investigation.

That's what I want to know, too. Evidently he's withheld therapy for years (despite money having been awarded for that purpose), repeatedly asked her nurses why she hasn't died yet, may possibly have physically mistreated her when he's in the room alone with her--shouldn't he be under investigation?
