I have been wracking my mind for for a plan to save Terri Shindler. Please if anyone can creatively come up with a plan post it here. We do not have to rely on governors, Supremes, or Congress or the President.
How about a local grand jury covening based on a citizen complaint of fraud/ attempted murder, or a crime in progress? How about them seizing Terri Schindler (I refuse to aggrandize MS by using his name) as evidence? She must be seized immediately, otherwise evidence will be lost upon her expiration. Could a grand jury order her taken into custody as evidence? How about a local district attorney or U.S. Attorney? Could they seize her as a material witness or as evidence?
The protesters could choose one of these potential power bases and scream for them to do something.
What about the ban on cruel and unusual punishment? The constitution forbids it! And death by starvation is cruel and unusual!
