And the greatest of them all...Judge Greer...Clinton appointee...which explains a lot.
Greer was not a Clinton appointee: but a "Republican" elected in 1992, 1998, and 2004 on "nonpartisan" ballots in Pinellas and Pasco counties.
And he was elected with 65% of the vote after being outspent by his challenger 421 to 1. The Schaivo case was the main campaign issue. Pinellas county voters and the national opinion polls line up on this one. Politically, this is hurting the GOP bigtime.
Judge Greer is the local swamp judge who cheated to win re-election in 2004 from Pinellas County.
The guy who could impeach Judge Greer is Rep. Dave Simmons. He can't and won't impeach Judge Greer because Simmons is in the CRIST CAMPAIGN.
Charlie Crist let Terri die too for the Pinellas GOP (not your run of the mill GOP to say the least).
A guardianship judge who killed the first disabled person in U.S. History instead of protecting them is Judge Greer. Judge Whittemore defied congress by failing to start the de novo hearing. Instead, Whittemore let the clock run out on Terri getting nutrition and hydration ever started again. Whittemore is why Terri went without any water for 13 days. He was supposed to renew it but he denied Terri of it. Whittemore's buddy owns lap dance clubs in Tampa and buddy Joe Redner was at Whittemore's fed crt hearing but the bailiff would not allow a woman in a wheelchair admittance into the courtroom. An adult entertainment crud gets in because he knows the judge but a wheelchair bound woman is denied access.
Redner comes out fairly recently and says publicly that he is gay. J. Whittemore may or may not be gay. Sometimes gays love women because they identify with them but sometimes, they hate all women.
CHARLIE CRIST CALLED JUDGE WHITTEMORE AND JUDGE GREER HEROES FOR KILLING TERRI at a West Palm Beach Country Club event attended by Janet Reno. Crist was photographed with Janet Reno.

Presidents do not appoint state judges.
It would be interesting to learn how President Clinton appointed a Florida state probate judge in Pinellas County. Would you please describe how that happened; in summary of course.
