I'll have to revise my opinion of Condi Rice upwards a bit. I thought she totally caved a few weeks ago when the Mexican Ambassador gave her a bunch of grief about the Minutemen. But her State Department struck back pretty forcefully with this report. Good for her! Maybe (but doubtfully) that will shut them up.

Waco is definitely the wrong place to be talking about Vigilantes.

And they aren't vigilantes until they try and/or punish the people they catch, they are just performing citizen's arrests.
