I'm trying to pint out that the problem is with the law, not with the legal system.
You're all so hell bent on wallowing in hyperbole that you are unable to see or think clearly at this point.

Some of the laws are bad. No doubt. The court here is outrageous. The higher courts in FL are disgusting. FL is rotten to the core. I love the State, my late Aunt and paternal grandparents lived there. I have enjoyed my stays there. But the gov. and bureacracies are rotten.
Even the Gov. has shown his lost confidence. "I'm not sure we can get it done here in Florida," Martinez quoted (Gov.) Bush as saying just after a new Schiavo measure stalled in the Florida Legislature. "Do whatever you can federally."
