Isn't it amazing- when the judges actually rule as the law says they must instead of interjecting personal feelings and emotions they call it activism.

go figure.

Whereas the Florida Constitution Article III Section 17 provides for the impeachment of judges for misdemeanor in office, misdemeanor being defined as a misdeed or offense less than a felony.

Whereas Judge Greer is a judge in the 6th circuit court of Florida and bound to rule in agreement with Florida Statutes and the Judicial Code of Ethics,

The undersigned are petitioning Florida House Speaker Johnnie Byrd and the Florida House of Representatives to impeach Judge Greer pursuant to the provisions in the Florida Constitution for the following violations of Statutes and Judicial Canons, which prove justification for impeachment.

Judge George W. Greer has caused public confidence in the judiciary to deteriorate due to his rulings regarding Terri Schiavo and thus violated Judicial Canon 1.

Good morning.

Judges, especially activist judges, interpret what the law says and rule according to their personal bias. The SC justices didn't rule, they just refused to hear the case. All other black robes involved have based their decisions on Judge Greer's rulings

If you don't see that you need to change your FR name.
