Yes but one branch writes the laws (legislature), the other executes the laws (excutive, i.e., Governor) and the other (judicial) interprets the laws. The governor cant write law or change the clear meaning of the law or overturn judicial decisions, except where written into Florida law that he has such power.

I told him President Bush should use his executive powers and put Terri in protective custody, or pardon her for the "crime" of inconvenience.

I just heard Judge Moore on Sean's and he said the rule of law is the CONSTITUTION. The Constitution does not allow us to murder.
So the president must defend the constitution.
Mark Levin was also just on Sean's and said that the 14th amendment says that states can't violate life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We should all get Mark Levin's book: "Men in Black."
