Rather than walking away in disgust over what people might have done - a lot has been attempted at all levels - freepers need to take on a relentless determination to make a difference in the judicial appointment processes . This whole case brings the US Senate stalemate on GWB's judicial nominations into clear focus as a MUST WIN against judicial activism (read: tyranny). No rancor, no public outbursts, and certainly no violence, just a resolve to never forget nor give up.
