Accordingly denial of the Holy Eucharist to this young woman via feeding tube, would be an infringement upon her free exercise of religious expression, a violation of her Constitutional rights?

In past years she has already been denied this, and she will be again. She doesn't have the rights of a beaten, starved dog. And where is the National Organization of Women in this? Right, I know, already preoccupied with helping Juanita Broderick.

It was my understanding that THIS time, Michael did allow Last Rites to be performed just before the feeding tube was removed. IIRC, it was the last time it was removed that the blocked the Priest from entering her room and performing Rites.
