We no longer have a Constitutional Republic. We have a Judicial Ogliarchy. What Thomas Jefferson feared 200 years ago has come to pass.

It's not irreversible, but apparently the measures required to recover what was ours cannot be discussed, even in this forum.

We no longer have a Constitutional Republic. We have a Judicial Ogliarchy. No we dont. We have a country based on rule of law. The Florida legislature had the opportunity to change the law yesterday afternoon and almost did. Dont blame your disappointment on the Courts. They are doing what strict constructionists do. They dont invent no law for special individuals. Blame your florida legislature.
