You are mistaken. They will not act. Don't build up false hope. As President and Governor, they must act within the law.
"Within the law". If you don't see that the president and especially the governor could act within the law you are not seeing the whole picture. JINO Greer is not a King, though he is being given deference as a dictator.
They can act and they will, in some fashion. Watch.
I agree that they will not act to rescue her, but only because the pretext of acting 'within the law' (whatever the heck THAT means) gives them cover to not do what they should do.
