There have been a number of links between people that indicate that this APPEARS to be RICO -- IN MY OPINION.

One reason is that at the county level, it appears the Sheriff, some current and former County Commissioners are involved with hospice [Greer is a former County Commissioner]. Felos was not that long ago CHAIRMAN of THE BOARD of the Hospice business, but later became a director.

I am still at a loss why US Justice does not step in for that reason.

There are millions of dollars riding on when and how this woman dies. There are allegations of dollars stolen from the US Government by the hospice [medicaid and medicare].

If the FBI/Dept of Justice were not blind, they would go in and take action -- just on the RICO evidence...

Blind, or they know that this goes deeper than we imagine.

Felos was on the board of the hospice Terri is residing in now.
I heard Bobby Schindler on Glenn Beck this morning say a judge, not sure which judge ( don't know if it was Greer) ordered Terri into the hospice on the pretense she only had 6 months to live. This was 5 yrs ago. She had been warehoused at that point. When Terri entered the hospice, Felos resigned the board.

Check this out - Felos No Stranger to Medicare Fraud

From the article -

According to records The Empire Journal has obtained from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the federal agency has initiated collection procedures against the Hospice of Florida Suncoast to recover some $14.8 million which they say was unlawfully paid to the hospice as a result of fraudulent claims made for Medicare reimbursement for patients that were not terminally ill and therefore not eligible for hospice care. According to the 2004 annual report of HHS filed Dec.31, 2004, the agency has initiated collection procedures against the hospice.

The federal agency has been trying to recover the Medicare overpayments made to the hospice since May, 1997 at the time when Felos was chairman of the board.
