First, in your definition of PVS, where does it state MRI, CT, or PET is needed? What part of the definition does Terri NOT fit?

It is the FL statute definition of PVS not mine. The definition that is legally required to withhold treatment.

My father was a good doctor. Other than that is not germane.

I clearly see voluntary action and an ability to communicate. The law calls for a complete absence of those things. I'm sure she's not entertaining enough for you though.

Sources of what? The scan came from the Micheal Schiavo side in support of their claim that she's PVS. You have just debunked it as a legitimate indicator. The MSM doesn't have a problem finding experts to hold it up and say "there's no cerebral cortex left at all." The docs on CodeBlueBlog can see it. I can see it. Can you see it, doc?
