The Courts have been long finding in favor of Terri's wishes, not Michael's.

Rubbish. THey have been finding in favour of Michael's interpretation of her wishes. Her Catholic faith would be a counterpoint to his interpetation, as is what her parents say. The courts can be an ass - you're acting as if they're sacrosanct. One would have thought the shenangians we experienced in Florida in 2000 would make you think twice.

"Rubbish."

Mmmm...

I was paraphrasing Judge Andrew Neapolitano on FOX News roughly ten minutes ago.

Then again, I'm sure your knowledge of Florida law far exceeds his.

Luis always supports the courts. Remember when he supported them legally taking away Elian? Oh, wait...

During the shenanigans in Florida, I stuck by the side of the letter of the law, while the left wanted the law to be "interpreted" in a manner more to their "liking".

Here I am again, standing by the letter of the law, while others argue that the law should be interpreted to their "liking".

THey have been finding in favour of Michael's interpretation of her wishes.

What all the other judges have had before them are the results of that first trial presided over by Judge Greer. So, they weren't 'new trials' because the only evidence they ever had before them was the evidence gathered by that first trial. Following trials were to decide if the first trial was fair.

I have come to the conclusion that Terri Schiavo will tragically die of malnutrition and dehydration very soon. On the say so of a husband who never mentioned she wanted it this way until seven years after the accident and two years into a relationship with a woman with whom he had a child (at that time, now they have two). If she were my daughter I would also be moving heaven and hell to have her not starved to death.
