Some men are just not cut out for the job. And if you've got a bad chief then the division doesn't function properly. I could tell some stories, too, but I don't think it would be appropriate since my husband is still in.

Leadership is easy as long as you set standards and maintain them for yourself. Lead with consistency. Take care of your men and use common sense.
