I shouldn't laugh because this is a sad situation, but I couldn't help it when I read your comment.
On our sub we had a group of old salts. We had great respect for them. Then they transfered and we got a group of the most worthless, spineless chiefs I had ever seen. We called our sonar chief "The Jellyfish" to his face.
