I heard on the TV (hope I have this right) that it only takes 4 judges to hear a case - even if 5 are opposed, if the minority meet the quorum of 4, they will hear it. Pray for the 4.

I thought that just Kennedy was hearing it. I am now confused.

Father God,
I come into Your presence thanking You that You are the King of Kings and Lord of Lords!! You sit on the throne in the Heavens and are our ULtimate King. You are Lord over Greer. You are Lord over Terri. You are Lord over the Universe. Nothing happens without your knowlege and consent.

I bring to you Jeb Bush right now. You have asked that we " pray for those in authority". Jeb is making some major decisions at the moment that will affect the life or death of Terri. This is not news to You. You know Jeb. I pray that Jeb will be very aware of YOUR presence and YOUR WILL in this action. May YOUR NAME BE GLORIFIED in all that he does and says.
Because You live FOREVER and EVER, we can face today and tomorrow,
Amen

Kennedy has the option of going it alone, or asking the whole court to vote on hearing the case.
