What unmitigated gall this little man has. I hope that statement is sent to Jeb Bush and the State Legislators a million times over. Of course we all knew that is what the judges believed in their hearts, but no one has been bold enough to state it so defiantly until now. If this declaration of outright Judicial Tyranny is allowed to stand, our Constitution is moot and this experiment has officially failed. (Sorry if this seems overly dramatic.)
