The police in Florida are arresting children and grandmas for the crime of trying to bring a glass of water to a thirsty woman.

Jeb Bush or George Bush needs to put Terri in protective custody, and they CAN do it.

Thank you Admin Moderator for saving me from myself (just tired and upset about the whole thing).

Jeb Bush or George Bush needs to put Terri in protective custody, and they CAN do it.

Here's what I sent (and am sending to the President address Sun just gave).

Dear Governor Bush,

I haven’t lived in Florida since I was a kid. But I can’t believe what’s going on there regarding Terri.

I know that I don’t have all the information regarding the case, but that doesn’t keep me from having an opinion based on trying to listen to both sides of the situation.

Basically, I can’t believe that a “husband” who abandoned his wife for another woman and children with her (something to do with the ‘through sickness and health, ‘til death do us part’), is erroneously considered her legal guardian, when there is a loving family (not to mention millions of Americans), who actually has her best interests (as well as her life) in mind.

Please do the right thing and put her feeding tube back while the debates are going on.

It’s not going to hurt anyone for her to have a few extra months for allegations to be looked into, but she can’t live that long without food and water. Also, I can’t understand the restrictions on her family that won’t allow them to give her moisture. That seems unconscionable. Animals and convicts are treated better than that.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter (time is something Terri does not have).
