They got their appeal filed to the Supreme Court. Justice Kennedy must now decide whether to deal with it himself, or involve the other justices.

Kennedy has already rejected Terri on another legal point. Nothing would ever come from the USSC. I would imagine it would be 8-1 against Terri.
