I feel for the parents. They must have suspected for a long time that MS was a monster. But since he had "all the power" they couldn't confront him on it or they would be banned forever from her side.

But it amazes me how when some of the people who visited Terri "didn't get a response" don't take into consideration how if she has been abused by her husband, she probably would only respond to the people she trusted.

I can't help but think that even the people that want Terri to die might be just a little uncomfortable with ONE CIRCUIT court judge having so much power that he can "give the finger" to congressional subpoenas, Federal laws(like the one signed by Bush on Sunday), and very agency that is set up to monitor child and adult abuse in Florida, the Governor of Florida, etc.---

If one judge can have that much control, I think everyone, even the pro-kill Terri crowd, should be very afraid of our judicial system---

I thought they were over the line with the gay marriage thing in Massachusetts, but when they assume more power than all of the federally elected congresscritters, the Governor of his state, and the POTUS, I think the Senate better be VERY careful to only elect judges that BUSH wants for the next four years even if they have to filibuster for a week at a time for each one-
