Judge George Greer granted a motion from Michael Schiavo's attorney, George Felos, to lift a stay that would have allowed the Department of Children and Families to take custody of Terri Schiavo Thursday.

Greer's decision means that his order from Wednesday stands, and the DCF must stay away from Schiavo.

The Schindlers had no idea why they were not being allowed in to see Terri for 5 hours yesterday.

They did say it was in the afternoon, starting at about 3, I think.
