Unfortunately, like the other appeals, this is likely to go nowhere.

If he is going to act, Jeb should do so now....this might create the 'crisis' necessary to incite the USSC to order something to be done to review the entire case, not just the legal proceedings to date.

Of course, it might just p*ss off the USSC...but a life is in the balance.

Mind you, this is just the humble opinion of a Doctor, and not a lawyer (so I have no idea)....

The SC is the last stop. She will die because the SC will not grant a stay and Gov. Bush will not "rescue" her. When she is dead we had better get busy changing the judicial system or we will end up exactly like Nazi Germany. We're not too far from it now.

Even Hewitt who was pretty confident last night on the appeal,is starting to invoke the name of Andrew Jackson.
He's almost ttelling Jeb Bush to face contempt of court charges and get her.
