No. I "contend" that he enjoys less physical mobility than does Terri Schiavo. P-h-y-s-i-c-a-l m-o-b-i-l-i-t-y is a recognized medical term, with a clear and definite definition: "Physical mobility means your ability to use your body to move, do physical activities and complete physical tasks." (Research here, for example.)
Note that nowhere does the medical profession view a patient's wheelchair as an actual part of his/her own body, in determining the actual, concrete extent of their physical mobility.
