I agree. The right decision has been made many years ago, unfortunately it took until now to be carried out.

You two are absolutely wrong, unquestionable. Look at a video of her responding to her dad when he recalls to her how she used to roll her eyes back as a child to shake up her mom. Unquestionably not PVS. Sorry I don't know the link. It was in one of these Freeper threads.

"15 years of being misdiagnosed? Yeah right ... this reeks of desperation.

"I agree. The right decision has been made many years ago, unfortunately it took until now to be carried out."

A month, or so after the husband won a malpractice award as a result of a trial during which the husband and his team of experts testified Terri was treatable-meaning she was not diagnosed as having PVS- the husband and his new team of "experts" changed their tune. The diagnoses of PVS was post award, within weeks of that award and was announced subsequently to the husband's order that no treatment be given Terri.

The diagnosis of PVS comes from Drs Cranford and Bambakidis. Bambakidis is an "expert" brought in by Greer to break a so called tie in one of the initial trials. Terri's family recorded some of the court ordered exams. They recorded some of Bambakidis's exam. In that exam, Bambakidis, a board certified neurologist and professional expert for hire, asked Terri to follow a balloon he waved around. The video shows Terri's head and eyes moving after the doc gives the command and only after the doc gives the command. Prior to that her expression is idle as if bored. Upon command she perks up and the expression changes to great one of great effort, she moves her head and eyes. There's a clear and unambiguous response. WHen the doc indicates done on audio, Terri goes back to idle.

On audio, after the done command is issued by doc Bambakidis, the doc tells those present in the room during the exam, "see that, she does follow some." Doc Bambakidis, the board certified neurologist, testified at trial to Greer, that Terri showed absolutely no response to any stimuli whatsoever. HE FRIGGIN' FLAT OUT LIED!

The video also shows Terri responding to music in the presence of the worthless quack. The worthless quack was also preset when the Terri stained to utter the word DAD when he heard his voice. I saw the video and audio 2 years ago and read the quack's testimony. That exam was given after about 8 years of no treatment whatsoever and her being in essentially solitary confinement. Her teeth rotted and were pulled.

I don't have to be a doc to tell she's not in PVS. The husband's docs lied. Here's what other docs say:Starving for a Fair Diagnosis

You agree doc, on what basis? Do bean plants follow and respond to commands? Do they respond to music? Do bean plants strain to respond to their father's voice?
