This was my thinking as well...that perhaps Bush's council doesn't think he can legally take custody without a court order...that has been denied. This is looking more bleak by the minute.

Judge Greer can't stop enforcement of the law, so long as the law is on the books.

Jeb Bush doesn't make the call here; he doesn't take custody, he doesn't make the decision.

This is the business of the DCF.

When Bush was on TV ... he asked the attorney there to answer to make sure it was correct. The attorney said the DFC COULD do it. Wow, talk about down to the last second. WHAT ARE THEY WAITING FOR??????????????????????????????
