Michael is her natural guardian by virtue of marriage. The parents have petitioned to remove Michael as guardian, but this has been denied by Greer.

I know that - been following this for 2 years. I'm saying when/if they get her out of there - perhaps her new guardians will be her parents and then they can take her out of florida. All that being said - I'm watching her parents on TV - doesn't sound like Jeb can do anything. Here I am waiting for the Great Escape and now doesn't look anything will happen.

e) Notice. --Notice of the filing of the emergency protective services petition and a copy of the petition must be given to the vulnerable adult, to that person's spouse, to that person's guardian, if any, to legal counsel representing the vulnerable adult, and, when known, to adult children or next of kin of the vulnerable adult. Such notice must be given at least 24 hours before any hearing on the petition for emergency protective services.
