He says it very important that it be done without any mess ups, at all. He said while our side (the good guys) are lining up the ducks the bad guys are, too.

I pray that is true; my doubts, however, are setting in. Petition to SCOTUS, I would assume, is the appeal that was denied in Atlanta....that this the tube be reinserted and that a new trial be granted. I have read that Kennedy, who is in charge of the area for accepting or rejecting appeals has already stated his adamant opposition to accepting appeals regarding this matter. Where I read that, I can't remember. I may be wrong, but I believe it is HIS sole discretion to accept or reject the petition.
