Do you understand "de novo"??????? A new court should have required a full review per Congress. That didn't happen. Tthe judiciary failed in this case...miserably.

The judges ruled that Terri's wish was that she did not want to live in a PVS.Jeb Bush just stated it seems Terri was misdiagnosed as PVS and is actually 'minimally conscious'.
So your contention about all the judge's ruling just lost it's footing.
