I saw a little bit of Guv Jeb's press conference this afternoon. He's looking very thin to me. I hope he's ok.

Well, he has been abandoned by his Republicans in the Senate -- I'm presuming at least some of them voted against the bill -- because the Florida Supreme Court will just declare it unconstitutional anyway?!? The judiciary can defend their own turf pretty darn well, including the turf they have gotten by just asserting they own it. Can't the legislative branch even pretend to defend theirs??!
Governor Bush's phone box was full, so I wrote an email. I told him that if he has to walk down the street alone, like Gary Cooper in High Noon, well that is what he has to do . . .
Anyway, he is not likely to be as thin as Terri will be, if he doesn't protect her . . . (sigh)
