I don't know what happens at that point. If the executive branch, and presumably the legislative branch, are free to ignore court rulings, then the Rule of Law has been greatly weakened.

I don't either Dog Gone.....but then, what you're saying, conversely, the JUDICIAL BRANCH is free to IGNORE the legislative and executive branch.

Yes, that's a problem, too, although we did set up the judicial branch to be the employees who rule on the facts and law. If they're all free to ignore each other, then the guy with most guns wins.

That's not exactly how I envision this country being best governed.
