Just stumbled across this picture while surfing the internet. I love it!
Dont know many particulars, but it is from an Army Corp of Engineers website and the two soldiers are M. Taylor and J. Burch.
If I recall, the hands holding those giant swords were made from molds of Hussein's hands. Those were the days, eh Saddam?

Great picture. Unfortuntely when I hear "Army Corps of Engineers" I think of the people who arrest you when you fill in a puddle in your back yard.
