Thanks. I guess that ends the FL legislature's role in this, then. Now, Jeb Bush has to decide if he really wants the DCF to take custody. If he does decide for it, it's going to create a heck of a storm in Florida. I suspect that an injunction is already complete from Greer, since he was informed of the plan.
If they bypass that judicial injunction, there will be hell to pay by a number of people.
It's not as if this has not already been in court forever. It's not as if this was a newly-discovered abuse case. The courts have already ruled, appeals have been denied, etc.
It won't work, I'm afraid, and Terri might die in the process in any case.
Things will get seriously ugly, legally, if the DCF moves in.
Lovely state. They let John Couey run around loose while they allow an innocent woman to be executed.
And even if DCF's petition before Judge Greer is denied, Jeb can still have DCF take Terri into protective custody--with the possible outcome of the Schindlers being awarded custody.
TX--if you are still there--listen to Hannity anyway. He's got lots of information on his program today even though he talks over some people at times.

Current law says a parent has to have strict requirements before parent can obtain injunctive relief. Also gives public entities the right to seek it.
