Fox just announced they have denied the rehearing. Last step: USSC.

I doubt they'll get involved. It's up to the Florida legislature now.

What if the husband has an untimely and unfortunate accident? Would custody then shift to the parents? If there is a God in this world maybe he will get hit on the head and go into a coma and the parents in law will have to make decisions for him.

11th Circuit appeals go to Anthony Kennedy. If he takes this case, it'll be one hell of a miracle.

What now? Is there anything else in the works?
I can't imagin what her family must be feeling right now. I'm not sure how much more I can take, and I'm just a viewer. It is breaking my heart.

Is anyone watching fox right now. Jeb Bush and others on, looks like they're trying to help in some way. Lady from DCF ? said that they could take protective custody of Terri but would leave it at that. I came in on the tail end and don't quite understand it all. Anyone else seeing this?
